ALASTIN products can be purchased through an authorized skincare professional. By using the physician finder located on the home page of our website, you can search for a provider closest to you. Click here to begin a search.

Only Sunscreens are required by the FDA to list expiration dates.  ALASTIN Skincare manufactures small batches of products to ensure inventory moves quickly and is fresh. For that reason we recommend that you use them within two years of receiving the product and opening it.

Shipping

No. We only ship to the 50 United States of America, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

No. We do not ship to any USA Government bases, APO/AE or territories.

Upon shipment of your product, an email will be sent to your email address with the package tracking information.

$9 flat rate ground shipping for orders under $200, free over $200 -expedited shipping available as well for a fee.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include another commercial or residential shipping address.

We want to ensure your products are shipped as quickly as possible.  Our system begins processing orders immediately after being submitted and orders cannot be cancelled or altered. In some cases, if you call us M-F between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST, within 1 hour of placing the order, we may be able to cancel or update the order.
