Procedures - Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing is a skin resurfacing procedure that uses a laser to improve the appearance of your skin. Laser resurfacing can be done with two types of lasers: Ablative laser, which removes the thin outer layers of skin creating a superficial wound, or non-ablative laser, which keeps the outer layer of skin intact but still stimulates collagen growth and may tighten underlying skin. Laser resurfacing can decrease the appearance of fine lines, treat loss of skin tone and improve your complexion if you have scars or sun damage.13
