Account Manager (Outside Sales) - Future Locations
Account Managers maintain and develop business in the direct sale of medical skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals. Alastin promotes a consultative, education based sales approach. Account Managers are a resource to their accounts, offer education and provide business building consultation.
Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist
The Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support and creating customer service protocols. Responsibilities include order entries for existing and new accounts, problem solving, answering product related questions and fielding complaints. This position reports to the Controller and Director of Accounting. The hours for this position will be 6am-3pm, Monday through Friday.
